A vintage symbolizing the authenticity of Maison Chaudron

Hélène, great ancestor of Maison Chaudron, devoted the 102 years of her life to the family vineyards. A cuvée which reflects her personality with a perfect taste and harmony thanks to the long aging process.

A straw-gold color with emerald reflections. An aerial effervescence with fine bubbles.

Bewitching symphony between red and black fruits, apple and pear, the result of a marriage inspired by the 3 Champagne grape varieties (25% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier) chosen from the Premiers and Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims.

On the palate, the attack is frank with a nice acidity. Its vinosity due to the years of aging brings buttery and brioche notes.

Its patina gently accompanies a champagne sauce, its beautiful vinosity melts into the flesh of a fish like turbot and its straightness plays with salinity.
