This cuvée without added sugar during disgorgement will reveal all the authentic aromas of the two Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties.
Golden robe associated with a bead of fine and delicate bubbles.
The blossoming aromas of apple, pear and citrus fruits, imprinted by Chardonnay, are lovingly combined with the aromas of very ripe red and black fruits, signatures of Pinot Noir.
Powerful and generous, carried by nuances of honey, pastries and subtle spices. Dizzying purity from the moment you put it in the mouth, made possible by the lack of dosage.
This tender champagne, the culmination of the maturation of the base wines in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months, will go perfectly with all your meals.
